Industrial Power Generation Solutions
Diesel Generator & Gas Engine Supplier in Lahore, Pakistan
ZA Energy Systems Pvt Limited is Pakistan’s trusted industrial power generation partner, providing factory-direct supply, professional installation, scheduled commissioning, and long-term Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for diesel generators and gas engines across all major industrial sectors. With 9+ years of hands-on deployment experience in Pakistan’s textile, cement, sugar, petrochemical, and utility sectors, our engineering team delivers end-to-end power solutions that guarantee uptime — even during Pakistan’s extended grid outages.
Our portfolio spans the full power spectrum: from small 10 KVA standby diesel generators for commercial facilities to 3000 KVA prime-rated systems for continuous industrial loads, and from 250 kW gas gensets fuelled on natural gas to multi-MW Combined Heat and Power (CHP) installations using Jenbacher and MWM gas engines. Every solution is engineered for Pakistan’s climatic conditions — high ambient temperatures exceeding 48°C in summer, dusty industrial environments, and variable fuel quality — and backed by our 24-hour response service network operating from Lahore across four regional service centers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
A branded generator set combines an OEM engine (Cummins, Perkins, MTU) with an OEM alternator (Stamford, Leroy Somer, Mecc Alte) and a factory-tested control panel. Locally assembled sets typically use Chinese copy-engines with no certified performance data. While branded sets carry a 10–20% price premium, their total cost of ownership over a 15-year operational life is 30–40% lower due to lower fuel consumption (certified specific fuel consumption vs unverified claims), longer engine TBO (Time Between Overhauls), and genuine spare parts availability.
For a 2 MW continuous industrial load, you would require either: (a) a single 2500 KVA prime-rated generator set at 0.8 pf = 2000 kWe output, or (b) a parallel configuration of two 1500 KVA sets for redundancy. For textile operations requiring 24/7 uptime, we recommend option (b) — N+1 redundancy ensures one set can be maintained without production shutdown. ZA Energy Systems provides full load-flow analysis and single-line diagram design as part of our pre-sales engineering service.
A standard 1000 KVA diesel generator installation follows this timeline: Civil works (concrete plinth, cable trenches) — 5–7 working days; Equipment delivery and mechanical installation — 2–3 days; Electrical connections, control wiring, and ATS panel commissioning — 2 days; Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) report review and site load testing — 1 day. Total: 10–13 working days from site handover. Emergency deployments using temporary skid-mounted sets can be operational within 48 hours.
Yes. ZA Energy Systems provides three tiers of AMC for gas engines: (1) Comprehensive AMC — includes all scheduled maintenance labour, genuine OEM spare parts, 24/7 emergency response, and an annual major inspection with engine performance trend analysis; (2) Semi-Comprehensive AMC — labour included, client supplies consumables; (3) Performance-Based AMC — payment linked to achieving guaranteed uptime percentage (typically 96%+). All AMC contracts include a documented maintenance log, monthly condition report, and access to our remote monitoring system.
All new Cummins generator sets supplied by ZA Energy Systems carry the standard Cummins International warranty: 2 years or 2,000 hours (whichever occurs first) for generator sets ≤2000 KVA, and project-specific warranty terms negotiated with Cummins for sets >2000 KVA. Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects in the engine, alternator, and control panel. It excludes damage caused by incorrect fuel specification, improper maintenance, or operator error. ZA Energy Systems registers all warranty claims directly with Cummins on behalf of the client.
